The cost includes following:

(1) Transportation from Baltimore to the Vraj Temple, PA

(2) Food

Please note: The deposit of $25 per person is required at the time of registration. $25.00 will be refunded only to senior members of 60 years and older during the travel. If you are unable to travel for any reason and don't cancel your registration by July 9, 2009 then your $25.00 deposit will be forfeited.

To hold your registration, we must receive the check for the total amount within a week after you register or by July 9, 2009 (which ever comes first) else we will remove your name from the list. We have limited spaces and capacity. We will close the registration once we reach the capacity.

(While registering, members can always request to share a bus ride with friends and family members by mentioning their names in a note section. The Gujarati Samaj’s committee will try to honor all requests to make your trip more enjoyable!)

(Cost includes transportation from Owing Mills to Golden Temple, food & water for two days, hotel accommodation for a day)

Option # 1: Four people sharing a hotel room of two double beds:
$45.00 Per person (Members only) and $90.00 Per person (non-members)

This is the least expensive and recommended option. This option is for you if you are willing to share a room (four people in a room). Even you are not registering four people from your family; we (Gujarati Samaj’s committee members) will help you to find partners. You can also suggest partners while registering. Please provide that information in a note section or let any committee member know.

Option # 2: Three people sharing a hotel room of two double beds:
$55.00 Per person (Members only) and $100.00 Per person (non-members)

Option # 3: Two people sharing a hotel room of one king or queen size bed:
$65.00 Per person (Members only) and $110.00 Per person (non-members)

Option # 4: Only one person in a hotel room of one queen size bed:
$105.00 Per person (Members only) and $150.00 Per person (non-members)

Pickup (at 9:00 AM on Saturday, May 9, 2009) and drop off (at about 6:00 PM on Sunday, May 10, 2009) at The Baltimore Temple (2909 Bloom Road, Finksburg, MD 21048).

Snow Tubing FAQ

Who can snow tube?
Minimum Height Restrictions Single/Double Tubes: 44 inches tall Family Tubes: 33 inches tall accompanied by an adult.

Is tubing hard to do?
No experience is needed, just hop in your tube and enjoy the ride. Family tubes are also available!

How do I get back to the top?
Camel Back has a conveyor carpet to transport snow tubers up the existing snow tubing hill! Simply sit back and enjoy the ride.

What if there isn't any snow?
Not to worry! Camel Back has a state-of-the-art snowmaking system which keeps the snow tubing area covered with plenty of snow all winter long.

Please note: Each participant is required to sign Gujarati Samaj of Baltimore’s and CamelBack’s release forms. Both release forms will be provided on a day of the trip.

***We are trying to book our group but there is no guarantee that all participants can do snow tubing at the same time. There is also a very slim possibility that some or all may not be able to do snow tubing, if there are unusual rush and the Camelback may reach the capacity. In either case, there is absolutely no refund.
